CO-OPERATIVE SCHEME LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 92 of 1989 - SECT 51

51. Section 57 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (b) "granted; and" and substituting
        "granted.";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (c).
