CHILD SUPPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 138 of 1990 - SECT 6

6. Section 100 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(2) Without limiting subsection (1), Part XIII (Enforcement of decrees), and
Part XIIIA (Sanctions for failure to comply with orders and contempt of
court), of the Family Law Act 1975 apply to any decree made by a court under
this Act as if the decree were a decree made by a court under Part VII of that
Act.".
