CHILD SUPPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 138 of 1990 - SECT 8

8. Section 150 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by adding at the end of paragraph (d) of the definition of "person to whom
this section applies" in subsection (1) "(other than as a marriage counsellor
within the meaning of the Family Law Act 1975)";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (9) "64 (11B)" and substituting "64A (9)".
