DENTAL BENEFITS ACT 2008 (NO. 41, 2008) - SECT 45

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  information is disclosed to the person; and

                     (b)  the information is protected information; and

                     (c)  the disclosure to the person constitutes a contravention of section 34 or 43; and

                     (d)  any of the following apply:

                              (i)  the person solicited the disclosure of the information;

                             (ii)  the person subsequently discloses the information;

                            (iii)  the person uses the information.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 2 years or 120 penalty units, or both.
