DEFENCE FORCE (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 86 of 1973 - SECT 51

51. Where-

   (a)  a male member who is unmarried or is a widower without children; or

   (b)  a female member, dies before retirement, the amount of the
        contributions paid by the member shall be paid to the personal
        representatives of the member or, failing them, to such persons, if
        any, as the Board determines, and no other benefit is payable in
        respect of the member.
