DEFENCE FORCE (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 86 of 1973 - SECT 73
Cost of administration of this Act.
73. (1) The cost of the administration of this Act shall be paid out of moneys
appropriated from time to time by the Parliament for the purpose.
(2) The moneys received and paid under this section, and the accounts in
connexion with those moneys, shall be kept, as part of the Commonwealth Public
Account, separately from the moneys and accounts of the Fund.
