DEFENCE FORCE (PAPUA NEW GUINEA) RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 86 of 1973 - SECT 74

74. (1) The Board may require a contributor or pensioner to furnish, in a
statutory declaration or in such other form as the Board requires, such
information as the Board thinks necessary for the purpose of any investigation
in connexion with the Fund.

(2) A contributor or pensioner who, without reasonable excuse (proof of which
lies with him), fails to comply with a requirement made under sub-section (1)
is guilty of an offence punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding
Twenty dollars.
