DEFENCE HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT 1987 No. 101 of 1987 - SECT 12

12. (1) The Authority consists of the following members:

   (a)  the Chairperson;

   (b)  3 members of the Defence Force, being the members for the time being
        holding the 3 appointments in the Defence Force designated, in
        writing, by the Governor-General for the purposes of this section;

   (c)  an officer within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1922, being
        the occupant for the time being of such office in the Department as is
        designated, in writing, by the Governor-General for the purposes of
        this section;

   (d)  the Managing Director; and

   (e)  3 other members.

(2) The performance of the function, and the exercise of the powers, of the
Authority are not affected by reason only of vacancies in the membership of
the Authority.
