DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 65 of 1987 - SECT 60

60. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (4) "any part of the Naval Emergency
        Reserve Forces is called out for continuous full time naval service"
        and substituting "the Naval Emergency Reserve Forces, or any part of
        those forces or of the Australian Naval Reserve, is called out for
        continuous full time service"; and

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (5) "naval".
