DEFENCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 65 of 1987 - SECT 8

8. Section 4J of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) Members of the Australian Air Force Reserve are not bound to render
continuous full time air-force service otherwise than:

   (a)  as provided in this section; or

   (b)  while they are members of a part of that force called out for
        continuous full time service under section 50E, 50F or 51 of the
        Defence Act."; and

   (b)  by omitting subsection (7).
