DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 21

21. Where-

   (a)  a corporate plan has come into force; and

   (b)  a variation to the plan is agreed to by the Minister under section 19
        or 20 or the Corporation makes a variation of a minor nature to the
        plan, the plan shall continue in force on and after the day on which
        the Corporation receives notice of the Minister's agreement or the day
        on which the Corporation makes the variation of a minor nature, as the
        case may be, as if the Minister had originally agreed to the plan as
        so varied.
