DRIED VINE FRUITS EQUALIZATION ACT 1978

No. 195 of 1978 An Act to provide for an equalization scheme in respect of the
proceeds of sales of dried vine fruits, and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Act 1978.*1*
