Operation of certain laws not restricted
10. Section 45 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted:

''45. Nothing in this Act or the regulations restricts the operation of the
Customs Act 1901, the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 or the Export 
Control Act 1982 , or of any regulations made under any one or more of those
Acts.''.
