Eggs (Export Inspection Charge) Collection Amendment Act 1984 No. 158 of 1984 - SECT 6

6. Notwithstanding the amendment made by section 5, section 5 of the Principal
Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act continues to
apply in relation to eggs in respect of which a copy of a
certified export notice was served before the commencement of this Act.
