Export Market Development Grants Amendment Act 1982 No. 157 of 1982 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The amendments made by sub-sections 3 (1) and 4 (2) and sections 5, 6 and
7 shall be deemed to have taken effect on 1 July 1982.

(3) The amendment made by sub-section 4 (1) shall be deemed to have taken
effect on 6 December 1978.

(4) Sub-sections 4 (3) and 5 (2) shall come into operation on 1 July 1983.
