ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 371
Approved management plans are disallowable instruments
- (1)
- A management plan approved for a Commonwealth reserve by the Minister is a
disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts
Interpretation Act 1901 .
- Note: Section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 provides for the
commencement, tabling and disallowance of disallowable instruments.
- (2)
- To avoid doubt, the provisions mentioned in section 46A of the Acts
Interpretation Act 1901 apply as if the approval of the management plan were
the making of the plan.
- (3)
- When the management plan is laid before each House of the Parliament,
there must also be laid before the House copies of any comments, views, report
or recommendations given to the Minister under this Division in relation to
the plan that have not been given effect to in the plan.
