- A person must not:
- (a)
- stave, break or destroy any goods in order to prevent the seizure of
goods, the securing of goods, or the proof of any offence under this Act; or
- (b)
- destroy any documents relating to any goods in order to prevent the
seizure of goods, the securing of goods, or the proof of any offence under
this Act.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
- (2)
- This section applies to vehicles,
vessels, aircraft, platforms, documents and organisms in the same way as it
applies to goods.
