ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) ACT 1981 No. 101 of 1981 - SECT 36

Compliance with conditions of permit 
36. The holder of a permit who contravenes, or fails to comply with, a
condition imposed in respect of the permit is guilty of an offence punishable,
on conviction, by a fine not exceeding -

   (a)  if the person is a natural person - $5,000; or

   (b)  if the person is a body corporate - $10,000.
