EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 184

General
184.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing matters:

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act.

Write-off and waiver of debts

(2) In particular, the regulations may provide for ESRA to write off or waive
a debt due to ESRA under Chapter 4.

Penalties

(3) The regulations may make provision for penalties by way of a fine not
exceeding 10 penalty units for offences against the regulations.
