EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 37

Basic meaning
37.(1) For the purposes of this Act, the provision of case management services
consists of assisting a participant in the case management system to obtain
sustainable employment.

Extended meaning

(2) The ESRA Board may make a written determination providing that the
provision of specified services to participants in the case management system
is taken to be the provision of case management services for the purposes of
this Act. A determination has effect accordingly.

Contracted meaning

(3) The ESRA Board may make a written determination providing that the
provision of specified services to participants in the case management system
is taken not to be the provision of case management services for the purposes
of this Act. A determination has effect accordingly.

Disallowable instrument

(4) A determination under this section is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
