EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ACT 1994 No. 176 of 1994 - SECT 72
Minister may notify ESRA of general policies of the Commonwealth Government
Notification of policies
72.(1) The Minister may notify the ESRA Board, in writing, of general policies
of the Commonwealth Government that are to apply in relation to the ESRA Board
and ESRA.
Policies to be carried out
(2) The ESRA Board and ESRA must ensure that the policies are carried out.
