(1)

The Fund Manager must give a written notice to each registered provider who is liable to pay an amount of special levy stating:

(a)

the amount of the special levy; and

(b)

the day by which the provider must pay the amount.

(2)

The day mentioned in paragraph (1)(b) must be at least 14 days after the notice is given to the registered provider.
