Excise Tariff Amendment Act 1984 No. 53 of 1984 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 5 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1984.
