FINANCIAL AGREEMENT ACT 1976 No. 24 of 1976 - SECT 4

4. (1) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary
for the purpose of carrying out the Financial Agreement on the part of the
Commonwealth.
(2) In this section, ''the Financial Agreement'' means the Agreement a copy of
which is set out in the Schedule to the Financial Agreement Act 1928, as
varied prior to the date of commencement of this Act and as varied by the
Agreement referred to in section 3.
