FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 86 of 1980 - SECT 2

2. (1) Except as provided by sub-section (2), this Act shall come into
operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Sections 12 and 13 shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by
Proclamation.
