FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 No. 161 of 1991 - SECT 10

10. (1) The Authority:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  is to have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(2) The common seal of the Authority must be kept in such custody as the
Authority directs and must not be used except as authorised by the Authority.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice
of the imprint of the common seal of the Authority appearing on a document and
must presume that it was duly affixed.
