FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 No. 161 of 1991 - SECT 70

70. (1) The Authority is to develop and implement a human resources
development program (including an equal employment opportunity program) for
the Authority.

(2) The Authority must take whatever action is necessary to give effect to the
human resources development program, and any person who exercises powers in
relation to employment matters in the Authority must have regard to the
program in exercising those powers.
