FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 No. 161 of 1991 - SECT 75

75. (1) The Minister may, at any time, give the Authority written notice
requesting it to vary a corporate plan in the manner set out in the notice.

(2) The Minister is to set out in the notice the reasons for the request.

(3) The Authority must consider the request and reasons, prepare written
proposals for such variations of the plan as the Authority considers
appropriate and submit those proposals to the Minister.

(4) The Minister is to give the Authority written notice approving or
rejecting the proposals.
