FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 No. 161 of 1991 - SECT 82

82. Money of the Authority may only be expended:

   (a)  in payment or discharge of expenses and liabilities incurred by the
        Authority in the performance of its functions; and

   (b)  in payment of remuneration and allowances payable under this Act; and

   (c)  in payment or discharge of expenses or liabilities incurred in
        connection with the operations of a Selection Committee; and

   (d)  in making any other payments that the Authority is authorised or
        required to make by or under this Act or an associated law.
