FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 No. 161 of 1991 - SECT 87

Exemption from tax 
87. (1) The Authority is not liable to pay tax under any law of the
Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to:

   (a)  customs duties; or

   (b)  a law of the Commonwealth relating to sales tax; or

   (c)  a law of a State or Territory relating to payroll tax.
