FISHERIES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 No. 161 of 1991 - SECT 92

92. (1) The Authority may, by writing under its common seal, delegate to:

   (a)  a director of the Authority; or

   (b)  a committee established by the Authority under section 54; or

   (c)  a person employed by the Authority; or

   (d)  a person engaged by the Authority under a contract; any of the
        Authority's powers and functions.

(2) A delegate of the Authority is, in the exercise of the delegate's
delegated powers, subject to the directions of the Authority.
