FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 No. 157 of 1976 - SECT 2

2. This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation,
not being earlier than the day that is the commencing day for the purposes of
the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.
