FUTURE DROUGHT FUND ACT 2019 (NO. 55, 2019) - SECT 10

Establishment of the Future Drought Fund

             (1)  The Future Drought Fund is established by this section.

             (2)  The Future Drought Fund consists of:

                     (a)  the Future Drought Fund Special Account; and

                     (b)  the investments of the Future Drought Fund.
