FOREIGN EVIDENCE ACT 1994 No. 59 of 1994 - SECT 18
Operation of other laws
18. This Part is not intended to exclude or limit the operation of any
Australian law, or of any rule or regulation made under such a law, that
provides for the examination of witnesses outside Australia for the purpose of
a proceeding in Australia.
