FIRST HOME OWNERS AMENDMENT ACT 1985No. 23, 1985 - SECT 14

14. The amendments of the Principal Act made by sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9
of this Act apply in relation to an application in respect of which the
prescribed date is a date later than 16 April 1985.
