FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 65

65. If section 18 of the Family Court of Australia (Additional Jurisdiction
and Exercise of Powers) Act 1987 does not come into operation before this Act
comes into operation, section 20 of this Act has effect, until immediately
after the commencement of the first-mentioned section, as if paragraph (a)
were omitted and the following paragraph were substituted:

"(a) by omitting paragraph (1) (a); and".
