FOREIGN TAKEOVERS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 93 of 1976 - SECT 12

12. (1) A notice in accordance with the Principal Act furnished to the
Treasurer before the commencement of this section has effect, and shall be
deemed to have had effect, as if it had been furnished in accordance with the
Principal Act as amended by this Act.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of section 29 of the Principal Act by this Act,
that section shall be deemed to continue in force in relation to a certificate
that had effect by virtue of paragraph 3 (4) (a) of the Principal Act.
