GRAPE RESEARCH LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1986 No. 64 of 1986 - SECT 8

8. The following amounts may be recovered by the Commonwealth as debts due to
the Commonwealth:

   (a)  levy that is due and payable;

   (b)  amounts that are payable under sub-section 6 (1);

   (c)  amounts that are payable under section 7.
