Division 4-Medical Services Review Tribunals
107. In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears-



"determination" means a determination under section 106;



"judicial office" means an office of judge of a Federal Court or of the
Supreme Court of a State or Territory;



"member" means a member of a Tribunal, and includes the President of a
Tribunal;



"Tribunal" means a Medical Services Review Tribunal.
