HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 No. 42 of 1974 - SECT 46
Advances.
46. (1) The Minister may direct the Commission to make such advances in
respect of amounts that may become payable under this Part as the Minister
determines.
(2) Advances under sub-section (1) may be made subject to such conditions as
the Minister determines.
