HEALTH INSURANCE (PATHOLOGY) (LICENCE FEE) ACT 1991 No. 192 of 1991 - SECT 6

6. The amount of the fee is:

   (a)  if the licence is granted for a period of 1 year - $1,000; or

   (b)  if the licence is granted for a period that is less than 1 year - an
        amount calculated by using the formula:
Licence days X 1,000
365 where:

"Licence days" means the number of days in the period for which the licence is
granted.
