HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 70, 1985 - SECT 20

20. Section 105AB of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-sections:

"(1) An application may be made to the Tribunal for review of a decision of
the Minister under paragraph 68 (2A) (c).

"(1A) An application may be made to the Tribunal for review of a decision of
the Minister under section 73 refusing an application for registration of the
organization.".
