HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1982 NO. 112 OF 1982 - SECT 40

40. (1) The amendments made by sub-section 24 (1), sections 25 and 26,
sub-section 29 (2) and section 31 apply in relation to the supply of a
pharmaceutical benefit on or after 1 January 1983.

(2) A prescription marked, before 1 January 1983, in accordance with
regulations in force for the purposes of Part VII of the Principal Act, as a
prescription in respect of a pensioner shall be deemed, for the purposes of
the Principal Act as amended by this Act, to be a pensioner benefit
prescription.
