HORTICULTURAL POLICY COUNCIL ACT 1987 No. 167 of 1987 - SECT 25

25. (1) The Council shall arrange with the Secretary to the Department for the
services of officers or employees of the Department to be made available to
the Council.

(2) While a person is performing services for the Council under an arrangement
under subsection (1), the person shall perform those services in accordance
with the directions of the Council, and shall be deemed to be an employee of
the Council for the purposes of paragraph 27 (1) (c).
