HORTICULTURAL POLICY COUNCIL ACT 1987 No. 167 of 1987 - SECT 28

28. (1) The Council shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each
financial year, prepare and give to the Minister a report of its operations
during that year.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after its receipt by
the Minister.

(3) If this Act does not commence at the beginning of a financial year, this
section has effect in relation to the period commencing on the commencement of
this Act and ending on the next 30 June as if:

   (a)  in a case where the period is less than 6 months-the period were
        included in the next financial year; or

   (b)  in any other case-the period were a financial year.
