HORTICULTURAL POLICY COUNCIL ACT 1987 No. 167 of 1987 - SECT 8

8. (1) Where a Council report is given to the Minister, the Minister may cause
it to be made public in such ways as he or she considers appropriate.

(2) The Council shall not make public a Council report, or any part of a
Council report, that has not been made public by the Minister.

(3) Where a member disagrees with a finding or recommendation to be included
in a Council report, the report shall:

   (a)  identify the member; and

   (b)  include a statement of the views of the member in relation to the
        finding or recommendation.
