HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 65

65. (1) The Selection Committee consists of the following members:

   (a)  the 4 members of the Research Councils Selection Committee referred to
        in subsection 43 (1) of the Rural Industries Research Act 1985; and

   (b)  3 other members.

(2) The performance of the functions, and the exercise of the powers, of the
Selection Committee are not affected by reason only of vacancies in the
membership of the Selection Committee.
