HORTICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 166 of 1987 - SECT 71
Leave of absence
71. (1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chairperson of the
Selection Committee on such terms and conditions as the Minister considers
appropriate.
(2) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to another member of the
Selection Committee on such terms and conditions as the Chairperson considers
appropriate.
