HISTORIC SHIPWRECKS ACT 1976 No. 190 of 1976 - SECT 12

12. (1) The Minister shall cause to be kept a register to be known as the
Register of Historic Shipwrecks.

(2) The Minister shall cause to be entered in the Register particulars of
notices in force under section 5, 6 or 7 and particulars of known Dutch
shipwrecks and Dutch relics.

(3) A person may inspect the Register and, on payment of the prescribed fee,
is entitled to be furnished with a copy of, or of any part of, the Register.
