INDUSTRIES ASSISTANCE COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 1 of 1978 - SECT 6

6. Section 12 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Remuneration and allowances
''12. (1) The Chairman, the other Commissioners and the Associate
Commissioners shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal.

''(2) The Chairman, the other Commissioners and the Associate Commissioners
shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.

''(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act
1973.''.
